|Recommended: YesHuron Towers is more than an address it is home. I have happily lived here for several years. The staff are first-rate. They are very kind, professional, prompt, and caring. The views from my apartment—especially at sunset--are spectacular, the envy of guests to my home. North Campus of the University of Michigan is right next door and the university’s hospitals are just down the street. With Huron River and the Arb adjacent to the property, there are ample recreational opportunities. There are also the conveniences of a restaurant and small shop onsite. Optional rent of a spot in the parking structure means no scraping of ice in a Michigan winter storm. I highly recommend Huron Towers as an exceptional home

|Recommended: YesHt Is Perfectly Located, Maintained And Staffed. — The well-maintained ambience of Huron Towers matches the natural ambience of its views and the convenience of its location.
I live on my bike year-round due partially to past problems with my back. I require frequent movement on both my bike and walking. Since living here, my back has improved so much that it feels better than it has since I was 35.
Huron Towers in directly connected to the bike path. It takes no more than 30 minutes of a gorgeous bike ride mostly along the river to get shopping areas on both sides of A2, from Kerrytown to Arborland, and only about 15 minutes through North Campus to the Plymouth Road shopping area.
When not biking, I take frequent long walks along the river, in the Arb, or on the soft carpet of well-maintained grass on Mitchell Fields.
At 72, having the U of M Hospital so close makes every doctor visit and procedure a pleasant walk through the Arb and along the river.
At the Towers I have a spectacular view, two excellent restaurants, a convenient store, an exercise room, and clean laundry rooms, all which I frequently use. And a pool that I don't use because I'd rather take walks.
The property is well-maintained. Adding to the natural ambience of the surrounding area, large, pretty potted plants and other artful efforts of gardening are scattered around the buildings and grounds. Even in lobbies.
The staff is efficient, courteous and available. During the last few years there have been big upgrades in the elevators, the heating cooling systems, and apartments are being renovated and refurbished.
The only thing I can criticize is the lack of service elevators. I'm sure this not solvable within the building's structure. Being 72-years-old, hopefully this won't bother me. I plan to stay as long as it's affordable. I hope to be here until someone else will be burdened with loading my stuff out when I'm gone.

|Recommended: YesSatisfied — While some minor nuisances persist noise, construction, low-quality amenities, I overall am glad that I chose to live here throughout my time in school. Above all, the staff are very kind and helpful.

|Recommended: YesNeed Of Gym Expansion — It is wonderful to stay in Huron towers as it is warmth, happy and cozy place to stay and having no disturbance and well-maintained amenities. But i would like to request to expand the Gym section with more gym equipment's. as most of time have to wait in que for use the equipment such as weighting rod which is only one in whole gym. Also found there is missing of Belt in the gym and the Restroom Area. Also noted that Heating unit is not working at par in the gym Area.

|Recommended: YesClean, Well-Maintained With Great Amenities — I am very pleased during my brief time staying here. Everything is well-maintained, parking is always available, and the apartment is very clean. Only small issue is the fridge can be loud at times, but I can overlook that with amazing other things.

His apartment was newly refurbished with beautiful, soft carpeting, fresh paint and modern kitchen appliances. After experiencing difficulty with the application process with another area apartment complex, we were very relieved to have our son land at Huron Towers.
